ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made representation on 25.08.2020 stating that S.No.403, Thimmanatham Village, Usilampatti, has been encroached upon.

2. Though there is no instructions to the learned Special Government Pleader, taking note of the pendency of the representation, we direct the respondent No.2 to take appropriate action to remove the encroachment, if any, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
