ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint is pending for enquiry and they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within one week.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 5, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2025 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both parties and dispose of the same within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
