The petitioner, an Engineering Graduate, has filed this writ petition challenging the Notification dated 01.03.2019 issued by Teachers' Recruitment Board that the qualification of B.E., B.Ed. degrees has not been included in the said Notification.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending this writ petition, the qualification of B.E., B.Ed. degrees have been included and subsequently, the petitioner was also appointed as a Teacher. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2/4

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 02.01.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
