O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct respondents no. 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the basis of complaint dated 29.01.2025 submitted before the 1st respondent by considering petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint dated 29.01.2025 against the 3rd respondent, but no action was taken. Thereafter, ne sent a representation dated 22.04.2025 to the first respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order.
