This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 288 days in representing the above civil revision petition preferred against the I.A.No.703 of 2023 in O.S.No.215 of 2012 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Pudukkottai.

2.Being satisfied with the reason assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

3.Registry is directed to number the civil revision petition if it is otherwise in order and list the matter 'for admission' in the usual course.
