This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection for survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.819/3 total extent of 40 cents situated at Chithirakkudi Village, Budalur Taluk, Thanjavur District and pass any further order with the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the son of the petitioner dated 31.05.2022 had been enquired by the police. On enquiry, it was found that there is a civil dispute between the complainant and the accused. Hence, the parties are advised to approach the civil Court for appropriate remedy and the complaint was closed.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned forum for appropriate relief. No costs.
