2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to hear the petitioner's appeal dated 08.08.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 and pass final orders within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
