and classify the above said property and permit the petitioner to create any encumbrance in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to remove the Zero value classification of the petitioner's property in Survey No.530/4A1C7 co-related to new Survey No.530/313 Western 283.50 sq. meter and Eastern 405 sq.meter, situated at Venkateswarapuram Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the 2/4

third respondent and conduct enquiry on the request made by the petitioner, after hearing both sides, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
