This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with the impugned complaint in Crime No.51 of 2023 dt.13.04.2023 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the First Information Report in Crime No.51 of 2023 was closed as mistake of fact. Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aravakkurichi, dated 22.05.2023 and reference notice yet to be served upon the defacto complainant.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the matter has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
