RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order of Interim Stay of the operation, implementation and enforcement of the impugned Transfer Order CPO No.859/2017 - C.No.A.3/12385/2017 - C.No.378/ACT-L&O/MC/17 dated 12.06.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent pending disposal of the main writ petition and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUMURTHY for VICTORY ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.K.BASKARA PANDIAN, Special Government Pleader for the Respondents the court made the following order:- It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner had filed this petition for interim stay of the impugned order of transfer, no such order had been passed at the time of admission of the Writ Petition and hence, the petitioner joined duty at the transferred place and he has made a representation dated 12.09.2017 for re-transfer on medical grounds. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if orders are passed on the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2.Having regard to these circumstances, the first respondent shall dispassionately consider the aforesaid representation dated 12.09.2017 made by the petitioner and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner on or before 15.01.2018.

3.With the aforesaid direction, the W.M.P.(MD)No.8754 of 2017 is disposed of.
