PRAYER :- To modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.918 of 2021 dated 05.03.2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Crl.M.P.No.918 of 2021 dated 05.03.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Crl.M.P.No.918 of 2021 dated 05.03.2021 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 15 days from the date of his release without fail and further he is directed not to leave station either to abroad or other state without permission. He would further submit that now the petitioner is appearing before the Coimbatore Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.10162 of 2021 Station and he is unable to appear before the Thiruvaiyaru Police Station, hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. The condition was imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, therefore this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed. The petitioner, if advised, may file petition before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur to modify the said condition. On such application being filed, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
