Aravakuruchi Taluk, Karur District based on the petitioner representation dated 05.04.2025 and consequently direct the 4th respondent to provide necessary police protection while conducting survey by the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to survey the petitioner's land in the presence of the fourth respondent police officials and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 05.04.2025

2. I have heard Mr.S.Gokulraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Karunanidhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has made an application for survey of his lands and an attempt was also made to survey on 29.11.2024, 2/5

however, the private respondents 5 to 7 have objected to the said survey and therefore, the petitioner has now made an application and has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to dispose of survey application with the protection of the police officials.

4. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2025 by conducting survey after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 7. The second respondent shall also give an advance intimation to the fourth respondent to enable the fourth respondent to provide necessary police protection at the time of survey. The above exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 28.04.2025 am 3/5
