ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police are not, in any manner, harassing the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner had lodged a complaint against the third respondent, who is his mother, before the respondent police on 11.03.2026, and the same was treated as a petition enquiry in CSR No.89 of 2026. In turn, the third respondent also lodged a complaint against the petitioner, which was also treated as a petition enquiry in CSR No.91 of 2026. Both the complaints were duly enquired into, statements were recorded, and the complaints were closed on 20.03.2026, based on the undertaking given by the petitioner and the third respondent that they would work out their remedies before the competent civil Court. Therefore, as on date, there is no case pending against the petitioner, and the respondent police are not harassing him.
