Information Report in Crime No.2799 of 2020 on the file of the Peraiyur Police Station, Peraiyur, Madurai District.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the final report has been filed before the concerned Juvenile Justice Board, however, it has not been taken on file.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed before the concerned Juvenile Justice Board, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board concerned to take the final report on file within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
