ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and executable order dated 28-01-2022 passed in the application in I.A.No.74 of 2019 in Unnumbered A.S.No. of 2019 on the file of the principal Subordiante Court, Madurai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the dispute was amicably settled between the parties. They have also filed a joint compromise memo dated 29th August 2025.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the third respondent had agreed to hand over 112 sq. ft and to that extent, the third respondent filed an affidavit before this Court. 2/4

4. The joint compromise memo is recorded and the joint compromise memo shall form part of the record. Accordingly, recording the joint compromise memo, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
