This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take action based on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.12.20221. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a complaint had been received from the petitioner, through post and the petitioner has so far not appeared for enquiry. Further, he stated that if the petitioner appears with necessary documents for enquiry, the respondent police is ready to consider the matter. 3.Recording the same, the petitioner herein, is directed to appear before the respondent police with necessary documents for enquiry and the respondent police is also directed to dispose of the same and take suitable action in this regard, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
