ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 22.06.2021 in W.P(MD)No.10139 of 2021 by the respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.10139 of 2021, dated 22.06.2021, is complied with by revoking the suspension order of the petitioner by proceedings in R.O.C.No.A1/17552-3/2020, dated 26.06.2023.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
