This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to Page No. 1 of 4

conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.10.2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent dated 08.10.2024 as against one Senthil Kannan, but the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was also considered and the same was closed since it is pertaining to the payment of balance sale price. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. The prayer sought for in this petition is to consider his representation and the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed by the respondent. Today, the closure report is also served to the counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, if she is aggrieved.

5. In view of the same, preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
