ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to pay the balance crop insurance compensation amount of Rs.2,06,796/- for the loss of Paddy Crops of the petitioner's land in S.F.Nos.1/4, 1/20, 16/3, 7/2, 10/4, 9/5, 9/1A, 9/2, 11/3, 37/2, 37/3, 5/2, 5/4, 15/5, 14/2, 2/3, 25/5 with an extent of 21 acres 77 cents of Maivayal Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District for the year 2016-17 under PMFBY.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned standing counsel for the third respondent.

3. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent Insurance Company submits that, the entire amount, as has been sought for by the petitioner has been deposited. The said factor is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he fairly submitted that, recording the same, the writ petition can be disposed of.

4. Recording the same, as the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been accomplished by the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
