Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks allotment of fair price shop in their favour.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's request was already rejected.

4. The petitioner has to necessarily question the same in the manner known to law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
