This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the objections made by the petitioner on 13.03.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that pending the Writ Petition, reference was already made under Section 20(1) of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 and the same is pending before the Principal District Judge, Pudukkotai. The relevant records were also placed before this Court.
