ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.140 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that this a second anticipatory bail application.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the earlier application filed by the petitioner was not informed to him.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application by mentioning the earlier applications filed by him.
