ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.308 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police within the time frame fixed by this Court 1/4

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case. FIR has been registered in the year 2024, but final report has not been filed so far. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that investigation in Crime No.308 of 2024 is going on and they will file a final report within one month time before the jurisdictional Court.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.308 of 2024 within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
