ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry interfering with the civil dispute.

2. According to the petitioner, due to money dispute, the third respondent lodged a complaint against him before the respondents 1 and 2 and thereby, they are frequently calling the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the respondent-police called the petitioner for enquiry purpose, that apart they have not harassed the petitioner.

4. This Court heard both sides and perused the materials available.

5. The prayer in this petition is that to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. According to the respondent police, based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent as against the petitioner, they called the petitioner for enquiry, apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner. 2/4

6. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third resondent, recording the aforesaid submission of the respondent police that they have not harassed the petitioner and the petitioner was called only for enquiry, based on the complaint given by the third respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
