Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R3.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to R4 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner's allegation is that the name of the fourth respondent was erroneously included in the patta in respect of the petition mentioned property. Aggrieved by the said erroneous inclusion, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent. He wants the same to be disposed of.

4. No exception can be taken to the petitioner's request. The second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. W.P.(MD)No.12617 of 2022 is reiterated that the second respondent will hear the four respondent before passing final order. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
