ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry frequently.

2. According to the petitioner, he is running a Jewellery shop. The respondents 2 to 4 have illegally visited his jewellery shop and demanded jewels under the pretext of registering false case as against the petitioner. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has received stolen jewels and hence, he was called for enquiry, that apart they have not harassed the petitioner.

4. This Court heard both sides and perused the materials available.

5. The prayer in this petition is that to direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. According to the respondents 2 to 4, they called the petitioner for enquiry, apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner. 2/4

6. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the respondents denied the harassment as alleged by the petitioner, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
