Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants to put up the petition mentioned building. To do so, he requires building plan permission from the fourth respondent. The petitioner appears to have got No Objection Certificate from the other departments. The petitioner has given his application on 05.04.2022 itself.

3. The fourth respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's application for building plan permission within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
