This contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 25.10.2019 made in W.P (MD). No. 22769 of 2019.

2. This Court, by an order dated 25.10.2019 made in W.P (MD). No. 22769 of 2019, directed the respondent herein to hand over the vehicles to the concerned revenue authorities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order . https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted and also produced the notice issued to the petitioner herein, dated 28.09.2020, which reveals that the vehicle bearing registration No.TN 59 BH 0384-HONDA SHINE two wheeler has been handed over to the Tahsildar, Madurai East, on 13.08.2020 and directed the petitioner to approach the concerned Tahsildar with all original documents for return of his vehicle.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Tahsildar, Madurai East, with all original documents for return of his two wheeler bearing registration No.TN 59 BH 0384.
