This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from interfering with the contact of the business conducted by the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondents would submit that an First Information Report has been registered against five accused persons for an offences under Sections 3(2) (a), 4(2)(c), 4(2)(a), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(d) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and Section 370 of IPC and investigation is pending. Five girls have been rescued from the health care center run by the petitioner in pursuant to the registration on First Information Report.
