This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct second respondent to file a final report after completion of investigation in Crime No. 292 of 2016 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 292 of 2016 , within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
