Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent vide his letter No.51512/V2/2015 dated 07.03.2019 and set aside the same and consequently direct him to disburse the leave encashment salary as well as the special provident fund accumulated in connection with the petitioner's service as Sub-Registrar (Grade I) in the Registration Department as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.
