This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry upon the alleged complaint given by the third respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that there is no petition / complaint pending against these petitioners.
