ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR.J.,) This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to remove the encroachment of illegal construction done by the respondents 2 to 5 in Survey No.638, being Highways road at Surandai - Tirunelveli Road, Surandai, Tenkasi District, based on the report of the Tahsildar, V.K.Pudur Taluk, dated 22.04.2022 in Na.Ka.No.A9/510/2022. 2.Heard Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the encroachment has been removed.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also states that the encroachment alleged in the writ petition is removed, after following the procedure in accordance with law.

5.Recording the submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
