This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue a non traceable certificate by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint is a false one. On the complaint of the petitioner, they have seized C.C.T.V footage and found that the petitioner was not present at the place, where the alleged document was found missing.
3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to conclude the investigation and issue copy of the investigation, enable the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
