Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. All that the petitioner seeks is disposal of the petition mentioned appeal. No exception can be taken to the said request. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the next hearing date is 07.07.2022. The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order after putting all the interested persons on notice within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

3. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The only direction that is now given for the speedy and time bound disposal of the petition mentioned appeal. This writ petition stands disposed of.
