ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to give promotion to the petitioner forthwith to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmaster on the basis of her position (preference No.10720 as per the seniority list as an 01.01.2010) as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent Director of School Education vide Na.Ka.No.26610/C1/E1/2018 dated 04.07.2018 (signed on 26.06.2018) with all attendant benefits.

2.Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that her services ought to have been regularized earlier and permission should have been granted.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 08.06.2018 and it is suffice that the same may be considered by the respondents. 5.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the respondents have no objection to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

6.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
