Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The LCO license is issued by the postal department. Tamilnadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation will not have any jurisdiction to go into the correctness or validity of LCO license. The petitioner will have to avail appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
