The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the respondent herein wherein a sum of Rs.4,24,550/- has been demanded on the basis of the audit objection. 2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, a copy of the audit objection has not been produced and the explanation has not been sought for.

3.In view of the above said facts, the order impugned in the writ petition is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the file of the respondent. The respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the audit objection and after considering the explanation offered by the writ petitioner, proceed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 4.With the above said observations, the writ petition stands allowed to the extent as stated above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
