PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment in the street in S.No.273/1, S.No.275/1 of Silameganadu Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai as per G.O.Ms.No. 540, Revenue LD6(2) Department, by considering the representation dated 20.08.2018 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
