Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any suitable vacancy available in its co-operative societies by considering her name for employment on compassionate ground by taking into account of her educational qualification in the light of the direct interview conducted by the 1st respondent on 02.02.2018 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

In view of the rejection of the petitioner's request for appointment of compassionate ground through the order dated 26.10.2017 in Na.Ka.1063/16/Aa2 passed by the first respondent herein, prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be maintained.
