The petitioner challenges the online rejection order passed by the respondent, dated 14.04.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. On perusal of the impugned order, I noticed that the rejection order has been passed summarily, without even issuing notice to the petitioner and assigning no reasons for the rejection.
4. In view of the above, the order impugned in the writ petition, dated 14.03.2025 is set aside and the matter is remitted to the respondent to give an opportunity to the petitioner and thereafter, dispose of the petitioner's application, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
