This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to take action against the respondents 4 to 6 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, she sent a representation dated 16.04.2025 to the third respondent against the respondents 4 to 6, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the third respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.

5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.
6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
