ORDER
This petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to file the final report in Crime No.131 of 2025 within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam through e-filing and it is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) that the final report has already been filed this Criminal Original Petition. The respondent police shall take necessary steps and follow it up with the court for ensuring that the final report is taken on file within a stipulated time.
