PRAYER IN CMA(MD)NO.47652 of 2017 To set aside the judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Aruppukkottai, in MCOP No.18 of 2015 dated 11.09.2017 and pass such further or other order. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of 1st respondent not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 232 days in paying the deficit court fee.

3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner/s,the delay of 232 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five hundred only) to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, Within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stands dismissed automatically, without further reference to this court.
