When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, however the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent represented that already the petitioner has filed quash petition to quash the First Information Report and the same was also dismissed.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondent would contend that already First Information Report has been registered and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
