ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, to quash the impugned order passed by the third respondent, dated 19.12.2018 and to direct the third respondent to allow the petitioner to continue as Zonal Deputy Block Development Officer, Kadayam Zone No.3, Tirunelveli District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending the Writ Petition, the Government issued G.O(Ms)No.89, Personnel and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.725 of 2019 Administrative Reforms Department, dated 28.07.2020 and granted the relief sought for in the Writ Petition and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
