ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant police protection to the petitioner as well for his properties in S.Nos.894/1E, 894/1D, 894/1G in Achampatti Village, Manoor Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 21.04.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
