This writ petition is filed seeking alternative employment. 2.Pending writ petition, the petitioner was dismissed from service on the allegation of unauthorized absence. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. In case, the petitioner is able to set aside the order of dismissal, the petitioner is at liberty to claim alternative employment. 3.Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
