Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel on both sides submit that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court and accordingly, the 1st respondent has issued proceedings in e.f.vz;.1758/2024/ntnrr(bgh.g.ep.jp), dated 22.05.2026. A copy of the same has also been placed before this Court and is taken on record.
