[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his children and to hand over their custody to him. 2.Today the detenues are present before this Court. We do not find any illegal custody. This is a dispute regarding custody of the children between the parents. The children also informed that they would like to be with the mother at present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Therefore, while closing this Habeas Corpus Petition, we refer the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to
